Are you looking to improve your fitness, get motivated and have some fun?

Do you love being outdoors and exercising in a friendly sociable group? Then why not try something new!

Nordic walking uses specially designed poles which exercise your upper body as well as your lower body, so your walk transforms into a total body workout. It will strengthen your core and back, burn calories and help trim and tone.
