Hi, I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Massage Therapist, Nordic Walking Instructor and also run exercise classes for the older adults.
After 20 years working for both corporate and charity sectors, I followed my passion, escaped and became self-employed in the health & fitness industry. I’ve always enjoyed challenging myself to runs, cycles, treks and anything that takes me out of my comfort zone. I quickly realised I could help others achieve their personal goals too. Every day of every week is so varied with a combination of fantastic people and great exercise.
