Saturday 3rd October
On Saturday 3rd October, we’re doing something a little different, and very close to Bristol’s heart. Our instructors will be Nordic walking the full Bristol to Bath Railway Path in a relay-style challenge, raising money for St Mungo’s, a charity doing vital work to support people experiencing homelessness across our city. We’d love you to be part of it!
It isn’t a race or pushing anyone beyond their limits, it’s about community, purpose, and coming together for something bigger. Our instructors will be covering the route in sections (some may even take on the whole thing), and we’re inviting you to join us for as much or as little as you fancy – non Nordic walking friends welcome to as poles are optional.
Nordic walk a mile, a section, or the whole path – every step counts, and every step helps.

We have one shared fundraising page, so your friends and family can either sponsor you or if you can’t join us we’d appreciate a donation to support the team effort. Whether you join us on the day or cheer from afar, you’ll be helping raise money for a cause that matters deeply in Bristol.
Along the way, we’ll stop at two of the path’s best-loved cafés: Warmley Waiting Room – the iconic halfway stop (with a Tardis toilet) and Bitton Station Café – spacious and perfect for refuelling before the final stretch into Bath.
Clair will join us for the first leg, Ros & Lindsay will complete the whole route, Debra will join at Warmley & finish in Saltford & Rachael will join at Saltford.
