Begin your week using gentle Breathwork practices which can bring surpisingly powerful health benefits.
I’m Lindsay Atkin and as well as being a Nordic walking instructor, I am a Breathwork practitioner. Breathwork uses effective gentle practices, and every Monday I will guide you through easy to learn exercises which will calm, nourish and restore you.
Some of the many benefits of regular Breathwork include:
- Reduced blood pressure
- An increase in energy levels
- Calming the nervous system
- Reducing brain fog
- Increasing lung capacity
- Providing an anti-inflammatory response
- Boosting the immune system
- Encouraging nasal breathing
You will feel wonderful after the session and I will give you useful strategies should you encounter stressful times during your day.
Your first online class is free and the classes will be recorded for you to use throughout the week as an audio file which is more user friendly.
