Rachael is a qualified Personal Trainer who has always loved fitness, from playing league softball to taking on fitness challenges for charity.
She discovered Nordic walking through a friend and says "I love that feeling of being outdoors, and how it boosts the mind as well as the body. Plus I know how important it is to increase upper body strength and poles are a powerful tool. But mostly I loved the social aspect, and that everyone was having fun. I'm having an amazing time!".
